ORDERING INFORMATION
Prices listed are U.S. dollars. Shipping and insurance costs are additional and will be added to order total. Sales tax will be charged to Washington State residents.
CREDIT CARD / PayPal
Click on any bag image in the GLAMCHOP Gallery to view a pop-up window featuring bag description. From here you can an item to your shopping bag. When you are ready to check out, PayPal will accept your credit card payment. Purchases made through PayPal are always secure. PayPal uses SSL technology to ensure your account numbers stay safe. (When ordering online please be sure the billing address you enter is the same as your credit card billing address. Orders cannot be processed if these do not match.)

CHECK OR MONEY ORDER
To pay with personal check or money order, e-mail ellen@glamchop.com, list the name(s) and number(s) of the item(s) you wish to purchase, your name, phone number, shipping address and date you need item(s) by (to calculate shipping method). You will be sent a detailed reply to confirm total cost and payment information. Personal checks must clear before shipping.
RETURNS
Merchandise may be returned for GLAMCHOP credit, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition. If you need to return something, please e-mail ellen@glamchop.com for authorization. Returns must be received within fourteen days of purchase date. Credits must be used within three months of original purchase date.
Returns must be packed in a padded envelope or a sturdy box, and be accompanied by a copy of your original invoice and a note of explanation. Please send all returns via United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx or UPS. Refunds will not be issued on damaged items which have been improperly shipped.
PRIVACY POLICY
Personal information (name, email, address, etc.) obtained from you is strictly confidential. It will never be shared, sold, published, or traded.
